Launched in Hong Kong in 2005, the “Agent Penny and Will Power” series aims to promote financial literacy to upper-primary students aged 10-12 years in the form of comic books, dramas, workshops and school activities, designed to inculcate proper money management concepts and promote the importance of building financial responsibility at an early age. The series is co-organized by Citi and Po Leung Kuk, funded by Citi Foundation and supported by the Education Bureau of Hong Kong.

Founded in 1878, Po Leung Kuk, as one of the largest charity organizations in Hong Kong, has been serving Hong Kong for 138 years with its objective of “Protecting the Young and the Innocent” (保赤安良). Jumbo Kids Theatre is a professional children’s theater, established in 1999. It was founded by a group of senior theater workers and educators with substantial experience in performing and show planning. It produces high-quality, educational children's plays and performances. It cooperates with a variety of organizations to create different types of drama shows in schools, children's programs, parenting workshops and public performances.
